D) Purposes & Legal Bases
Purposes: Site operation and security; account/registration processes; handling contact requests; personalizing experience; measurement/analytics; marketing (where consented); legal compliance; fraud/spam prevention.
Legal bases (KVKK): Article 5/2 (performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/defense of legal claims, explicit provision in law) and, where required, Article 5/1 (explicit consent). Special categories of data, if any, are processed in line with KVKK Article 6.
E) Sharing, Retention & Security
Sharing: With hosting/IT providers, analytics and marketing technology providers (e.g., Google, Meta, YouTube, Hotjar), and competent authorities where legally required. International transfers (if any) are performed in line with KVKK Articles 8–9 with appropriate technical/organizational safeguards.
Retention: Kept for the minimum period necessary for the purpose, then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Security: We apply encryption, access controls, network security, logging, policies/procedures, authorization, staff training, and contractual clauses with processors.

F.4 Consent Management & Changing Your Choices
On first visit, a Consent Management Panel requests explicit consent for non-essential cookies.
Strictly necessary cookies are always active; analytics/marketing/functionality cookies depend on your consent.
You can update choices anytime via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the Site footer.
If you withdraw consent, related cookies are disabled (you may also need to clear them in your browser).
F.5 Browser Controls
You can delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Blocking may affect certain features (Chrome/Safari/Firefox/Edge paths available in their help menus).
G) Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11) & Requests
You may request access, rectification/update, erasure/destruction, restriction, objection, review of automated decisions, and compensation of damages. Requests are handled within 30 days in accordance with KVKK procedures. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
H) Children’s Privacy
The Site targets general adult users. Under-18s should use the Site under parent/guardian supervision. Data relating to children under 13 is not knowingly collected; if identified, it is deleted within a reasonable time.
I) Effective Date & Updates
This combined policy takes effect upon publication. Updates may occur due to service or legal changes; the latest version becomes effective when published on the Site.
